Gotu kola helps keep the veins and capillaries elastic and supports the circulatory system. It also supports proper blood circulation in the brain and has beneficial effects on cognitive functions such as memory and concentration.  Gotu kola does not affect blood pressure, but it improves blood circulation and microcirculation in the capillaries.
